It’s the 21st century, so it’s likely you’ve seen reviews scattered around the internet. Perhaps you’ve wanted to leave your important feedback across one of these media channels but are not familiar with the process. Well, today, we are going to show you how to effectively leave your voice across Google, Yelp, and Facebook. We are happy to provide you with this information as your view is an essential piece of improving how a company functions.

The initial step you must take is to visit Yelp’s website. You can do this by going to www.yelp.com. When you reach this page, you will notice a button in the top right-hand corner that asks you to “Sign Up.” Select this button to move forward in the process and create a Yelp account.
Once you select this key, you will be redirected to the next page. You will then see a space that asks you to enter your name, email address, password, etc. Please give Yelp the information it needs, and then select the “Sign Up” button.
Upon completion of this step, you will soon receive an email. Check the email and confirm that no errors were made when inputting your information. Pending confirmation, you will have access to the review section. In the top portion of the screen, you will recognize a tab that asks to “Write Review.” Click on this button, and it will redirect you to the next page. Once you reach this point, you can search for the business you would like to review.
When you have entered the business and made it to the review stage, select the company and write your review. Before clicking enter, please make sure to select the stars and rate the business.

The next outlet we are going to discuss is Facebook. Facebook is occupied by billions of users worldwide each day, and your input is important. Open up your internet browser and type in www.facebook.com. If you do not have a Facebook account, you need to create one before you can leave a review. You will do this by adding your information to the front page where it indicates “Sign Up” in big bold letters on the right part of your screen.
Once you let Facebook know who you are, you will receive an email with a code. The code indicates you’re a real user, and you must copy it into the next page and select continue. Once your account is activated, you will be redirected to the new home page. Feel free to add a user picture and customize your page. Once you are done playing with your page, go to the top portion of the screen and enter the business you would like to review.

Now, for the review — if you do not have a Google account, it will prompt you to create one after you select the “Write Review” tab. Select “Create Account.” Once this option has been chosen, click “For Myself.” From here, you must input your information and create a username followed by clicking “next.” After you confirm the email, you will be brought back to the first screen. You will select “Write a Review” where this screen will pop up.
Select the number of stars that indicate your level of satisfaction, enter the review, and click post.
